How are agent runs metered?

On Starter, you get a monthly run allowance shared across the workspace. Team and Enterprise plans include unmetered runs on shared runners and the option to attach your own.

Can I bring my own model provider?

Yes. Configure provider credentials per organisation; agents call the model your team already approved, and we never proxy training data through buildmin.

Do you support self-hosted runners?

Team plans can attach private runners; Enterprise plans deploy runners inside your VPC with private networking and customer-managed secrets.

What about SOC 2 and audit needs?
